Scanners and phone scan apps often save a page sideways. Most PDF readers let you rotate the view, but that only lasts until you close the file. This tool writes the rotation into the PDF itself.
How does the rotation work?
Every PDF page has a rotation setting. The tool changes that setting by 90, 180 or 270 degrees, clockwise. The page content is not redrawn, so text, images and vector graphics stay exactly as sharp as before. It is a lossless change, and the file size barely moves.
You can rotate every page or only some. Give a page list like 2,5-7 to turn just those pages, which is what you want when a single landscape table sits in a portrait report.
Are my files uploaded?

How big can the file be?

Can it straighten a slightly crooked scan?
No. Rotation works in quarter turns only. A page scanned a few degrees off needs deskewing, which is a different operation that redraws the page.

Does rotating reduce quality?

Can I rotate different pages by different amounts?
Run the tool once per angle. For example, rotate pages 2 and 4 by 90 degrees, then rotate page 6 of the result by 180 degrees.
Why does my page still look sideways in one app?
A few viewers show thumbnails from a cache. Close and reopen the file, or open it in another reader to check.
